What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

We will offer refunds to the original payment method, or replacements in the case of product damage during shipping from us to you (cracks, breaks, etc).

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, you have up to 5 days from the day of receipt to submit a claim. Please email us at jaqueline@printitdallas.com or use the contact form linked in the footer. Please include your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a replacement due to damage, the damage must not be due to misuse.
