Thank you for visiting and shopping at Love Letters Print Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $90. For order values below this amount, we charge a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping.

How long will my order take to process?

You will receive a proof of your custom design within 24 hours. We will only go forward with production once you have confirmed via email that you are happy with your proof. From this point, your order will be processed for shipment within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes an average of 7-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to express priority mail shipping or overnight shipping at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

As of now, we only ship to the USA.

Can I track my shipment?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Who pays customs, duties, and taxes?

Love Letters Print Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). While shipments within the USA will not have customs and duties taxes imposed, the customer is responsible for paying state taxes at checkout.

What if my order is lost in transit?

Love Letters Print Co is not liable for any products lost during shipping that were not protected using guide order protection at checkout.
